Place an order by selecting the type of knife and selecting the service required, like sharpening service or additional service.

Make payment according to the price of the selected service.

Send the knife to the address provided. Pack the knife neatly and safely to prevent loss during the shipping process.

Once the knife is received, we will check the condition of the knife. If repairs are needed, we will check the additional costs involved, then confirm the service with you.

After obtaining your approval, we will begin sharpening and/or repairing the knife according to the service confirmed.

After completion of the process, the knife will be sent back to your address, with better quality.
